Royal Collection Trust (RCT) were looking for a new supplier to bring a fresh approach to interpreting a number of their sites, which welcome millions of visitors every year from around the world.
ATS were unanimously chosen by RCT’s interpretation team based largely on our creative approach to on-site mobile interpretation across adult and family tours.
Against tight timescales and with a comprehensive development project in place, Adult and Family Tours were designed, scripted and produced. Working to brand guidelines, we designed interfaces and a design style that complimented the physical way-finding.
The State Rooms at Buckingham Palace tour was produced from scratch in less than 6 months including adult, family, access and multiple languages tours and installing over 3,000 devices on-site
