See what our satisfied clients and, more importantly, their happy visitors have to say about our work. Their genuine feedback provides an insight into what it's like to work with us - like a mini try before you buy.

I think the final product is fantastic and it doesn’t talk down to the younger people that are going to experience it and hopefully they will go away with a good understanding of what happened during the Normandy Campaign, an important event in history.

Ross Fairbrother, General Manager, The D-Day Story

From the feedback I have had, the multimedia guide has enhanced the visitor experience enormously, and we feel that people will go away with a much better understanding of Christ Church as a whole.

In terms of working with ATS, this project was one of the best experiences of my career at Christ Church. Everyone in their team was professional and friendly throughout, and really understood what we wanted. It was a long and complex process and I would recommend working with ATS without hesitation.

Miranda Hockliffe, Volunteer & Visitor Coordinator, Christ Church Cathedral

We were impressed by how ATS understood our story and their creative flair in interpreting it. The result was two excellent tours which have significantly improved our visitor experience.

Iain Standen, CEO, Bletchley Park

We knew an audio guide was the next step in enhancing our site and we chose ATS because of their impressive CV and reputation for great content.

Duncan Leslie, Chief Executive of Hever Castle

I am extremely pleased to have worked with ATS Heritage to produce the first ever audio tour of the Grounds, Gardens and Exhibitions at Balmoral. This new development enhances that visitor experience for the 70,000 people who come to see this magnificent Highland Estate each year.

Gary Marsden, Visitor Services Manager, Balmoral Castle

We have been delighted with the ideas and creative solutions that ATS has given us and their willingness to listen to our requirements, our feedback and our visitors’ opinions. In both the development of content and the staffing of the operation, ATS has demonstrated an excellent understanding of our visitors and their needs and we look forward to working with them to develop both further over the course of the next five years.

Anne Fletcher, Interpretation Consultant, St Paul’s Cathedral

Working with a company as experienced as ATS has enabled us to identify the key stories we wished to share, creative ways to present them and how to successfully appeal to a broader audience. The whole process had been an enjoyable learning curve for the Cathedral team, and we are excited to share the results with the visiting public.

Sally Porter, Visitor Experience Manager, Ely Cathedral

ATS provided a premium quality service, from content creation, hardware and delivery.

The ATS Team were professional, efficient and delivered a high-quality product.

Graham Griffith, General Manager, Cawdor Castle

I would work with the team at ATS again. They have been professional, knowledgeable and helpful at every stage of the project. It was an extremely rewarding and enjoyable experience and we are already planning our next developments.

Helen Camunaz-Lopez, Visitor Manager, Christ Church

We are thrilled that, for the first time, people can get up close to this magnificent Baroque interior. Zooming in our Painted Hall ceiling in ultra-high-resolution reveals details you can’t see from the ground – fire breathing serpents, glistening jewels and bubble blowing cherubs. With this new tool everyone can appreciate not only the mastery of Thornhill’s brushwork but also the incredible quality of the conservation works recently carried out. It’s like a scaffolding tour but with your feet firmly on the ground!

What the public thinks

Windsor Castle: We all enjoyed the audio guide and the family version was great for two of the kids.
Westminster Abbey: The kid friendly audio guide is a great idea to keep even the most bored kids engaged.
Buckingham Palace: The audio guide was very helpful, as it included brief introduction to each room (with options to hear more detail if desired).
Bletchley Park: Our kids loved the multimedia guides which explained everything.
The Royal Mews: The audio guide was a real bonus and without it we would have missed much of the value of our visit.
Balmoral Castle: Get the excellent audio guide if you want more than a cursory idea of what you're looking at!
Bletchley Park: The self-guided tour was very good and free of charge with interactive quizzes and puzzles. The layout and information is well done and the interactive parts really set the scene of what it would have been like to work there.
Broadway Tower: The tower is lovely and worth visiting. The free audio guide is a must.
Buckingham Palace: The multimedia guide was really good, with just enough information and not a total overload in each room.
Canterbury Cathedral: The audio, walking tour is really worth the money and flexible should you wish to do a shorter or longer tour. You can enjoy losing yourself for at least 2 to 3 hours wandering around this amazing place.
