Our dedicated technical support team work closely with clients to ensure your devices are in perfect working order throughout the year. We schedule planned maintenance checks and are on the end of a phone line or an email for any support requirements as they come up.
Some clients require changes or updates to their content – such as a new tour, or language, or if an object has been removed from display. We support the production of new content and plan the updates in line with your project schedules.
At larger sites, ATS provides on-site staffing and in some cases full management of the guide operation. We’ll do whatever it takes to make your guide a success.
