1. Delve into History at the Churchill War Rooms
Step into the heart of wartime Britain at the Churchill War Rooms, where the fate of nations was decided. ATS has breathed new life into this historic site with a dynamic, multilingual multimedia tour and family tour option. Explore the underground complex, hear firsthand accounts from those who lived and worked there, and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by Winston Churchill and his cabinet.
2. Embark on a Maritime Adventure at HMS Belfast
Climb aboard the legendary HMS Belfast, a floating museum that offers a glimpse into naval history. ATS’s innovative multimedia tour, available in 12 languages, guides visitors through the ship’s storied past, from its construction to its role in World War II. With interactive features and stunning visuals and a family tour option, this tour is a must for history buffs and families alike.
3. Relive the D-Day Landings at The D-Day Story
Commemorate one of history’s most significant events at The D-Day Story. ATS has created a captivating family audio version, to complement the existing adult tour, that brings the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought on D-Day to life. Younger visitors can explore the museum’s exhibits and learn about the pivotal role played by Allied forces. We have also created a separate tour for visually impaired and blind guests, and French and German language versions.
4. Raise a Glass to History at the Guinness Storehouse
Immerse yourself in the rich heritage of Guinness at the Guinness Storehouse and discover the fascinating story of the Guinness family and learn how to pour the perfect pint at the Guinness Academy.
ATS’s multimedia tour offers a behind-the-scenes interviews with team members and leads visitors through the Storehouse, providing a range of interesting information on each level, with the final stop ending in the Gravity Bar, where you can enjoy fantastic views over Dublin. The tour is available in English, Irish Gaelic, German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin and Portuguese and International Sign Language.
5. Uncover the Titanic’s Legacy at Titanic Belfast
Step into the world of the Titanic at Titanic Belfast, a world-class visitor attraction that tells the story of the ship’s tragic fate. ATS’s multimedia tour brings the Titanic’s history to life with stunning visuals, engaging storytelling and exciting games for younger visitors. Explore the ship’s design, construction, and maiden voyage, and discover the human stories behind this maritime legend. The multimedia guide is available in 9 languages as well as BSL and we also created a specific version tailored to meet the needs of the visually impaired.
