Support & Office Administrator at ATS Heritage
Salary circa £22-25k DOE, Full Time, 9 months minimum, maternity cover.
ATS Heritage is looking for a Support and Office Administrator. You will be joining the UK’s leading provider of multimedia guides, audio guides and mobile apps for Museums, Galleries and Heritage sites and supporting some very high stature clients. You will be working as part of a dynamic hardworking team. The Administrator will report to the Support Manager.
ATS like to employ people with strong personal qualities, in this role we are particularly looking for someone who is proactive, confident, with a methodical approach and has the ability to communicate well at all levels.
Managing the full support process from logging incoming equipment, assigning it to technicians, keeping up to date with progress of the works required with timescales, ordering parts and then returning the items all whilst keeping the client informed throughout the process. Therefore, our ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills.
In addition, the role encompasses general office administration from answering the phone, stock control, sorting post, ordering office supplies and local deliveries.
Qualifications and skills
GCSE in English and Maths
Clean UK driving licence
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
