Audio guides fit for a King (and a Prince)

Due to phenomenal public demand, Elvis Presley, the King of Rock ‘n’ roll, returned to the O2 with a new exhibitionElvis On Tour with audio guides provided by ATS Heritage.

2017 also saw the world premiere of the first ever official exhibition about iconic superstar and legendary performer Prince also with audio guides provided by ATS Heritage.

This new Elvis On Tour exhibition covering the years 1969 – 1977 will provide an in-depth look at the world that was Elvis on Tour, offering a unique insight into exactly what drove the audiences wild in the ’70’s – the chance to see the King in concert as he toured America.

My Name Is Prince will showcase hundreds of never before seen artefacts direct from Paisley Park, Prince’s famous Minnesota private estate.

The exhibitions featured 60 video screens, the 700 audio guides provide a seamless integration of full lip-synchronisation with visitors listening to the films and music tracks on their personal audio guide around the exhibition.

Spencer Clark, Director, ATS Heritage said: “ATS Heritage provide a high level of support in planning and delivering solutions, both exhibitions presented a technical challenge to ensure visitors enjoyed a seamless experience. We worked closely with the client and the exhibition build team to plan and install a full system within a very short lead time.”
